★The production line mainly consists of the SWZ/9 Series CNC beam drilling line, upper and lower material channels, CNC feeding device, horizontal transfer table, and is equipped with electrical control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic cooling and lubrication system, etc.

★The SWZ/9 Series CNC beam drilling line adopts a steel-structured frame structure, which is especially suitable for the processing of low-speed and medium-sized H-beams.

★The drilling power head adopts a hydraulic self-controlled stroke power head. It is driven by a frequency conversion motor installed on the box body to drive three spindles through gear reduction, and pushed by a hydraulic cylinder for feed. The self-controlled stroke power head can automatically switch between rapid advance, feed, and rapid retreat.

★The moving unit in the main machine is a unique patent of our company, which reduces the ineffective travel of the power head and improves the spindle rigidity by locking the relative position between the moving side power head and the workpiece surface.
