The gantry moving high-speed CNC drilling and milling machine for boiler drum is mainly used for processing holes on the drum or boiler header tube in the boiler industry, and can use specialized hard alloy combination tools to complete drilling and welding groove processing in one time
★Adopts BT50 precision spindle, can realize high speed processing.

★The boiler drum frame adopts two types: lifting support frame and fixed support frame. When rotating, lifting the support frame will lift the workpiece and then lower it onto the fixed support frame during processing to prevent slipping.
★The CNC indexing head is fixed at one end of the machine base. It adopts precision slewing bearing, and the servo motor realizes CNC indexing through precision planetary reducer. The indexing head is equipped with a three-jaw self-centering chuck, which can conveniently clamp and loosen the workpiece and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
