★The equipment adopts a flat gantry moving structure, with the bed and workbench independently fixed on the foundation, and the gantry standing on the bed.

★The gantry drive adopts imported rack and pinion with zero clearance, and double-sided synchronous drive, ensuring high synchronicity and precision of gantry movement.

★The power head adopts a high-rigidity square ram, with a cross-section of 450×450mm/500×500mm/550×550mm/650×650mm, providing sufficient rigidity. The guidance adopts fully enclosed four-sided constrained hardened guide rails, with automatic centralized lubrication and double hydraulic cylinder balancing. The whole system has strong rigidity, high dynamic response, and more powerful cutting ability and precision stability.

★The spindle speed is driven by a rigid gear reducer, with a 1:1/1:4 or 1:1.5/1:8 dual speed range, providing higher output. Coupled with a heavy-duty ram unit, it can achieve heavy cutting processing.
