For the CNC angle steel production line that has been used for many years, have you ever encountered the phenomenon of shivering back and forth when someone stops there when sending the trolley? So, what is the reason for the angle steel line CNC trolley swinging back and forth?
1. The trolley driving big gear shaft is seriously worn, and the meshing clearance between the big gear and the rack is too large. Adjust the clearance between the gear shaft and the rack.
2. The semicircle fastener fixing the gear shaft is too dirty. Clean it with kerosene.
If the above two items are tested, and the trolley of the CNC angle steel line still swings back and forth, then the big gear shaft needs to be replaced. After all, the wear must be great after 24 hours of non-stop work. The adjustment of the eccentric bearing can no longer compensate the gap.
3.In addition, there is another phenomenon that we should pay attention to, that is, after each angle steel is dry, the trolley clamp of the angle steel line will automatically exit the host, then lift, and then return to the feeding position. However, sometimes the clamp does not fall back after lifting.
Generally speaking, we should first check whether the clamp lifts and falls quickly and has a great impact, which will cause the trolley to shake with the lifting and falling action, losing its original stop position and exceeding the accuracy range, so that the next command cannot be executed, and the CNC trolley of the CNC angle steel production line cannot continue to run.
The simplest solution is to enlarge the setting value of the positioning accuracy of Axis X in the parameters. Even if the trolley of the CNC angle steel production line does not shake beyond the accuracy range, it will be successful to continue to retreat.
