Recently, Shuochao CNC’s GZP95100-4 gantry drilling and milling machine successfully passed customer acceptance and was transported to the customer’s workshop for operation. Custom-built for the client, this machine features a dual-gantry structure and a massive 95000mm×10000mm worktable, designed for drilling and milling large workpieces such as flanges, heat exchanger tube sheets, and gear rings.

Equipped with 4 power heads, the machine allows independent or collaborative operation during processing, significantly enhancing efficiency. Two sets of German Siemens CNC systems enable high-efficiency programming and intelligent operation. As a flexible CNC machine, it supports rapid switching between multiple processes to meet diverse production needs, delivering high-precision and high-efficiency machining experiences for the customer and facilitating capacity upgrades in heavy equipment manufacturing.
