The rotary table features a tabletop diameter of 10 meters, a swing diameter of 12.5 meters and a load capacity of 400 tons. It is mainly used for fixturing, rotary movement and indexing machining of large and heavy workpieces.

The rotary table ordered by this customer adopts a hydrostatic support structure and is equipped with CNC indexing function. The 10-meter-diameter tabletop provides ample fixturing space for large workpieces. Its 400-ton load capacity meets the support requirements of heavy workpieces, and the 12.5 m swing diameter delivers sufficient working range for rotary machining of large workpieces.

With the CNC indexing function, the table can rotate and perform angular positioning according to machining programs, creating suitable machining conditions for workpieces requiring multi-angle processing.

Customized Configuration to Meet Customer Requirements

The dimension, load capacity and rotary range of a large rotary table shall be determined based on the customer’s actual workpieces.

In this project, Shuochao CNC configures the tabletop size, swing diameter, load capacity and CNC indexing function according to the workpiece dimensions, weight and machining processes, so that the table matches the customer’s practical machining demands.

For large and heavy workpieces, rotary indexing with the rotary table reduces repeated fixturing and repositioning work and facilitates multi-angle machining.
